At the Artemis women and men alike pay a 70Euro fee to get in the door, the women can relax in spas & eat on said cover charge (non alcoholic drinks also provided). Sex workers who come into the club will be required to give their tax numbers and proof of work eligibility, as prostitution is legal.
Now, for all those prurient, porn-squad making conservos south of this border, why doesn't this arrangement work out? extending your ability to make money off of the sex trade (which is never going away no matter how much you think you want it, you dumb fucks) and keep it safe rather than prosecuting and villifying (not to mention endangering) those who live under different mores when there really is nothing wrong with *gasp* consenting adults having sex for sport and pleasure?
