we're iced in and omg the city is shut down because there's snow and no one knows what to do!!!
people have said to me, "do you have enough food to last it?!"
it's going to last a day.
if storm centres broke out every time it dropped below 1c in Toronto, they'd lose so much money, which is why they invest in salt and sand.
fantastic idea.
regardless, we hunkered down at our friends' place last night and ate smores. we drove slowly down a highway that was "glazed" with ice while stupid men in giant trucks flew by and wound up in the ditches. (2x)
so we listened to the freezing rain pelting the roof outside the bedroom window for a few hours and ate cheeseburgers.
by thursday it'll be 55 again.







haunkering down is a very useful skill in central TX, Toronto!
