wtf is that MD for?

i have doctors that are afraid to rx things and it's getting rather frustrating.  i have an md for insides, one for breathing, another inside one, etc.  none of them see fit to treat what's really ailing me, my brain.

i'm considering an 80mile drive to see a pdoc.  one way.  seriously, Austin, is this the best you can do?
